– Sand and paint window frames outside Rainbow Room.
(upper half of windows two, three, and four, and the whole of window five)
– Sand and paint barge board at end of verandah.
– Down pipe outside the prayer room needs astragal bracket.
– Kitchen exhaust fan needs replacement.
– Floodlight outside Rainbow room needs broken fitting replaced.
– Clear away items adjacent to back door that didn’t fit in the skip.
– Fix large sliding doors in hall. Repair split floorboards, lubricate tracks.
– Gutter outside hall window needs to be reset with fall towards down pipe.
(shorten down pipe about 50mm so it mates properly with reset gutter)
– Hall window exterior needs to be sanded and painted.
– Small gap in roof tiles at south west corner of hall needs to be sealed.
(was leaking during the last torrential rain a few weeks ago)
